I'm 17 and wonder if I can get lipo?

Q:

I'm 17 and suffer losing weight at any cost, I feel very insecure with my body and to me I keep putting weight on every time I look in a mirror, I want to know if lipo is okay for a 17 year old and whether you can get it on the nhs if you're obese??

A:

Liposuction is not a means to lose weight.

Your weight loss needs to start with a change in life style.

The way you cook, the type of food you eat, the portions of food, and the snacks you eat, and decrease the total calorie intake, add to that an exercise routine daily.

You can consult a nutritionist who can guide to the food you eat and snacks, personal trainer to start you on proper exercise, then you will lose weight.
