Is ABFPRS certification equivalent to certification standards required by the ABMS?

Q:

I will be having facial plastic surgery and I am considering using a physician who is certified by the ABFPRS.  I understand that ABFPRS is not a primary ABMS board, but I was wondering if the requirements of this board are as stringent as the requirements of the ABMS.
