Can I get arm liposuction in certain areas on my arms after a brachioplasty?

Q:

I have fat deposits still lurking near my elbows.  Can I get arm liposuction in certain areas on my arms after a brachioplasty?

A:

Following brachioplasty there may be times when liposuction may allow for improved contour. It really depends on the quality of the skin. If it is reasonable, liposuction may be an option. If your skin quality is poor, then extension of the scar down to and often into your forearm may accomplish your goals.
