After having a baby, when is it safe to have both Rhinoplasty and Liposuction?

Q:

When is it safe for a very healthy woman to have both Liposuction and Rhinoplasty after delivering a baby?  The mother will not be breast feeding.

A:

A healthy woman should be able to have liposuction and a rhinoplasty once her weight is stable, and that varies from person to person.  It may be as soon as 3 months to as long as 12 months.  I recommend waiting for liposuction until your weight loss after childbirth has plateaued.  A rhinoplasty could be done as soon as 2 months after delivery, but if you want to combine these under one procedure, wait until your weight has stabilized.
