Breast implant after mastopexy

Q:

8 weeks ago I got mastopexy and I lost my areola. I want small implants small and reconstruction. From where you will take tissue for my reconstruction?

A:

It sounds like you lost your breast having a mastectomy. Breast reconstruction can be performed with artificial material (implants, tissue expanders, etc), your own autogenous tissue ( back, tummy, etc.) or a combination of both. Consider a consult with one of the many members of the ASPS. They are the experts in breast reconstruction. Best,
