Can a breast lift change the shape of my breasts?

Q:

I have conical shaped breasts and they sag. I want to avoid implants. Can just a breast lift give me a rounder breast shape?

A:

At first you will need to rule out a tuberous breast deformity and then you can decide whether you will need a lift or not. Please consult with an ASAPS member for an examination and discussion of your options.
