Will my breast go back to their previous size or sag after a breast reduction/lift?

Q:

I'm 21 years old and I wear a DDD; my breasts started to sag at age 16. I find it very hard to wear clothing that people my age wear because of my breast size and I'm very self conscious about them sagging. I'm considering getting a lift and reduction but I don't want them to return to their previous size. Is it possible that they will indeed return to the previous size and continue to sag?

A:

Breast Sag & Growth after Reduction

If your breasts have been a stable size for a year, the chances of them regrowing is quite small.Once reduced, they should stay the size they are left. Although possible, they should also remain "perky" unless they are left quite large and the weight can still act on them.
