Can breast surgery be performed when a female's breasts are swollen from her menstrual cycle?

Can breast surgery be performed when a female's breasts are swollen from her menstrual cycle?

I assume you are asking about doing breast surgery such as a breast augmentation, breast lift or breast reduction with swollen breasts from the menstrual cycle. The answer is yes, it can be done though it is not ideal. The surgeon just has to take into account the swelling while doing the surgery. There are also some other considerations such as increased vascularity, but these too can be overcome.

Yes it is possible but not optimal. There may be increased bleeding but has never been a problem in my experience. If sizing for augmentation done prior to menstrual period should be OK. Swelling may be an issue for a lift.
