I have and continue to get moles under my lower eyelids, can these be safely removed?

Q:

As noted in the question, I have and continue to get more moles under both of my lower eyelids as well as on other regions of my face. They are colorless but due to size and number are obvious. I continually get asked about them. Can they be taken removed with any type of plastic surgery/laser surgery?

A:

It is highly unlikely that new moles keep cropping up in the eye lids. You need to be examined to diagnose what one is dealing with and then can discuss treatment
