How much does it cost to remove under arm fat?

Q:

I am fat, but my arm fat exaggerates my arm from my shoulders to my elbow if as big as my face.

A:

 The procedure you are describing is called a brachioplasty. To be considered your weight should be stable. The surgery  varies from Liposuction to Liposuction with skin excision depending upon the extent of the excess.
