Is there any cream or some other medicine to reduce breast size?

Q:

Is there any cream or some other medicine to reduce breast size at the age of 23?

A:

There are no creams or medicines that can reduce breast size. If the size of your breasts concerns you enough, I would suggest that you have a consultation with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
