Is it easy to do just a "neck tuck" to tighten up a slightly saggy jawline? (48 years old)

Q:

My face looks good - been on Retin A since age of 21. My throat area is sagging genetically and makes me self-conscious. Any affordable solution here?  Thanks.

A:

Easy is a relative term. A neck lift can be done to tighten up a sagging neck. Tightening of the jaw line may require some form of a face lift. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and/or member or ASAPS to discuss your concerns, goals and options.
