Is there a such thing as an Emergency Breast Reduction?

Q:

I'm 20 years old and I am a J cup. Lately my the pains are getting very bad in my neck, back, shoulders and even my rib area. In fact, I actually started crying at one point because of the horrible pain and I have a pretty great pain tolerance. Is this possibly an emergency? Is there a such thing as an Emergency Breast Reduction? Is there an alternative? What can I do? Thank You.

A:

I do not believe a breast reduction qualify for medical or surgical emergency. That being said, does not belittle your symptoms and discomfort. You need to consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation and discussion regarding your symptoms,
