I have extra breast tissue under both arms. What can I do?

Q:

I want to remove the extra breast tissue because when I wear some dresses it looks like excess fat.  Can it be done only through surgery or is laparoscopy possible?

A:

Accessory breast tissue can be removed through an incision in the armpit. In some cases this can be achieved by liposuction.
