What would cause my face shape to change when I am only in my mid twenties?

Q:

I am in my mid 20's and my face shape has changed!  My face is getting rounder since 2 years ago.  My weight is the same and my body stopped changing a long time ago.  Right now, I am considering Buccal Fat Removal, to see if I get my face back.  Would this be the right thing to do?

A:

Our facial appearance does change as we age and mature. Consider writing down your concerns and seeing a member of the ASAPS. They are experts in facial plastic surgery.
