I had cheek implants 90 days ago. I am pleased with the look and the discomfor is gone, except I awoke this a.m. with swelling and tenderness on one side. Could this just be that I slept on it wrong, or is there a chance of infection or movement of the implant?

A:

You should see your Plastic surgeon ASAP.

It could be swelling, but an infection has to be ruled out.
