Is fat injection of male breasts possible?

Q:

Hi, I am 62 year old male and I lean towards transgender. I have 50 b cup and would like more.  I weigh 250 lbs and I am 5 ft 8 inches tall.  I am over weight and have medical problems, can a fat injection be possible for me? I am on blood thinners and have slight atrial fibrillation but I am in good health otherwise.

A:

It certainly is possible to inject fat into breast but in your case one would need to evaluate your over health.  You would be considered high risk for complications. I would proceed with caution.   Good luck.
