Q:

I have very skinny legs that do not match my body. I'm also extremely bowlegged. Will fat injections in the legs help them to look better?

A:

Your options are fat transfer to the legs or calf implants.  Consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options, the pros and cons of each procedure, cost, and the risks involved.  You can then make an informed decision.

A:

Fat Injections in Lower Legs and Calves – For shaping and contouring, most of the time one has to perform finesse liposuction. However, you can perform shaping and contouring of the calves with fat augmentation in these areas.
