Can I get fat injections in my thin, unshapely legs to increase their size?

Q:

I have thin, (unshapely) legs!  I've been trying to increase their size with things such as protein shakes, but nothing has worked.  Can I get fat injections in my legs to help this problem?

A:

Yes, fat injections can be performed in the lower extremities to accentuate their appearance. Many surgeons most likely will require information that you have failed in an attempt at weight lifting or muscle building.

Best,
