Is fat transfer breast augmentation a choice for me and is it sanctioned by ASAPS?

I am a small size A cup and have considered breast implants.  I'm really only looking for a small cup  increase, and want something natural looking and feeling.  I've read a lot about fat transfer procedures.  Would this be a choice for me and is it sanctioned by the ASAPS?

Fat transfer to the breast is an evolving technique in plastic surgery.  The greatest amount of clinical data regarding the procedure are from studies/practitioners who are outside the USA. It appears that the combination of breast suction device called BRAVA ( and fat grafting to the breast produce the best overall results.  Anticipate an increase of one cup size per setting of surgery, multiple procedures are often required and a waiting period between each procedure of 8 to 12 weeks.  These types of procedures are currently being reviewed by the ASPS Patient Safety Committee.
