Why after a full hysterectomy did my belly get so saggy?

Q:

2 years ago I got a full hysterectomy. Since then I see my belly hang so much and it is getting so heavy makes my back pain some times.  I even see my breasts pulling down because of the heavy tummy.  Is it possible for women like me to have a tummy tuck?

A:

There are a number of reasons that can explain your sagging tummy. Unless it is a very unusual problem, a tummy tuck should solve your problem. Seek consultation to determine if this is reasonable.
