Help! I want great breasts

Q:

I'm 20 years old and I am a 36DD I'm losing weight in hopes that my bra size will reduce to a large C without surgery. I do however have sagging breasts and am very embarrassed by them I know that if I have a breast lift it will not last forever but I was wondering if I do decide to have the procedure if I should get a lift in combination with an implant or just the lift. I want them to be perky but I also don't want them to look fake.

A:

You may to first want to consider a breast reduction. At the time of your breast reductions the breasts are normally lifted into a more youthful/ perky position. Then, if you are unhappy and want a fuller upper pole to the breast a breast augmentation may be in order. Consider a consult with one of the many members of the ASAPS to address your concerns. They are experts in Breast Surgery. Best,
