How can I remove my three lines on neck (wrinkles) ?

Q:

I'm a 24 years old man working on the beach for three years. I have never used any sun lotion or any other cream for my skin. Now I've got three lines around my neck. It's getting deeper day by day. What exercise or which product can solve this problem? Kind Regards,

A:

Chronic exposure to wind and sun can damage our skin and make us look older than we actually are chronologically. You should consider starting with a good sunblock to prevent further damage. Many males prefer an alcohol based sun block like Bullfrog Gel. It does not give you that white or tan film/ slim apperance. Next, consider a basic skin care maintenance program like NIA-24. They even make a sun damage repair product. If after several months of use you have noticed no improvement then, consider a light resurfacing laser peel. You may require more than one laser treatment as the neck skin can be sensitive to the resurfacing. Please consider a consult with one of the many members of the ASPS to help assist you. They are experts in skin care and treatment. Best,
