Can I remove a mole without any scarring?

Q:

I have one mole on my chin, two beauty spots above my lip and one more below my eye. I would like to remove all of them, but I am scared that it will leave scars on my face. I also have eczema and I am not sure if that will have any affect on the result.

A:

Shivorne,

Unfortunately, if you have surgery you are usually left with a scar. It is a fact of life. The degree of scaring is dependent upon many factors such as skin type, post-operative infection, etc.
