Is it ok to smoke an herbal cigarette after I have a breast augmentation/lift?

Q:

I have a breast augmentation/periareolar lift and smart lipo at the same time next week. I am a 26 year old mother of two. I have been under anesthesia before for skin graft after car accident. I healed great and was a smoker then. I think if I smoke a herbal cigarette called Honeyrose without nicotine it will help me psychologically.

A:

That is interesting.  The nicotine is usually the issue with delayed wound healing and smoking.  I am unaware of the ingredients of this cigarette.  Please inform you Board Certified Plastic Surgeon of your intentions so that you both are on the same page.
