Is surgery the only option for a breast reduction now?

Q:

Following pregnancy in my 40's, I had belly liposuction. I looked good for 3-4 yrs. but then menopause hit & I gained 20 lbs. Now I've gone from a C-cup to a DD-cup & have back fat as well. My waist is also getting wider. Will a strict diet & exercise correct this? Will I need a breast reduction & breast lift?

A:

Fat is an important proportion of your breasts, so if you lose the 20 pounds that you have gained you will notice a reduction in the glands. Otherwise, you will need a reduction.
