After just having had a tummy tuck, how long must I wait before having breast augmentation surgery?

Q:

I have just had a tummy tuck and am recovering well from it.  In the past 2 1/2 years, I have been in the best physical shape of my life.  How long must I wait before I can have breast augmentation and/or other plastic surgeries?

A:

Very often the breast augmentation is done at the same time as the tummy tuck, in which case it is one version of the mommy makeover. However, if doing them at different times, I would wait at least 6 weeks after the tummy tuck.
