Patient is a 24-year old female who desired to increase her bust size from a 32B to a 32C bra cup. Preoperatively, this patient was 5ft.3in. and weighed 100 lbs. Dr. Mills performed breast augmentation, using 390cc saline implants, with placement under the muscle. Dr. Mills used the transaxillary or armpit incision.
