Capsular Contracture Revision Breast Augmentation

This 46 year old woman underwent revisional breast surgery with Dallas Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Michael Bogdan.  She previously had undergone breast augmentation with 200cc silicone implants, and presented to Dr. Bogdan with capsular contracture.  Dr. Bogdan treated her with total capsulectomy and re-augmentation using 350cc cohesive gel implants. Cup size changed from B to C.
