This 25 year old woman underwent a combined Rhinoplasty and Upper Blepharoplasty with Dallas Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Michael Bogdan. Dr. Bogdan performed on open septorhinoplasty to reshape her nose. He lowered the dorsum, removing the hump and giving her a more feminine profile appearance. On the frontal view, the nose was straightened to improve symmetry. Excess upper lid skin was removed to brighten the eyes.
