Revision Rhinoplasty

This young man had one previous rhinoplasty. He complained that his bridge had been “scooped out” and caused that area to look flat. He did not like the collapse of his nostrils that he described as a “three leaf clover” shape. He also said the tip was too wide and there was too much hanging of the column between the nostrils, and that there was too much upward rotation of his tip.
