Practice Specialization

Dr. Schlechter is consistently at the forefront of advanced techniques that improve patient safety, comfort, and results. He offers innovative approaches to breast procedures, body procedures and facial rejuvenation which expand a patient's range of options, and improve their recovery and outcome. He uses only local anesthesia and IV sedation for his surgeries, which shortens recovery time, reduces expense, and helps ease patient anxieties about general anesthesia.

Surgical Facility

To further enhance patients' comfort, convenience, and safety, our office features a state-of-the-art, on-site, licensed surgery suite. This facility is located within the Reading Hospital, and provides top quality surgical care and an excellent safety record. We offer an easily accessible back entrance and exit for the privacy and convenience of our Reading, Lancaster, and Allentown plastic surgery patients.

Our patients who undergo procedures at our in-office surgery suite have innovative anesthesia options, administered by a certified registered nurse anesthetist with whom we have worked exclusively for over 14 years. We perform all procedures using local anesthesia and IV sedation, eliminating the risk, expense, and extended recovery involved with general anesthesia.
