Professional Background

Dr. Van Raalte is the most experienced board certified plastic surgeon practicing in the Quad Cities, with over 19 years of cosmetic surgery experience. He is the first surgeon in the Quad Cities to become a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Benjamin Van Raalte's medical training was done at the University of Wisconsin, finishing in 1982. He then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Illinois and Cook County Hospital in 1987, and completed his plastic surgery residency at Indiana University in 1989.
