Payment Options

For all cosmetic procedures, full payment is required in ADVANCE of your surgery at the preoperative appointment. A $500 deposit is needed to schedule surgery and is due at the time the surgical date is reserved. We accept cash, cashier's check, money order or credit card. A personal check will be accepted no later than two weeks prior to your surgery.

If financing is desired, our staff will be happy to assist you.
CareCredit® is one of the two available financing options we offer to help you achieve the enhancement you desire at the time you want it. To help you pay for your cosmetic surgery procedures, CareCredit® offers easy payment options as well as no interest and extended payment plans.

Credit Union is another financing option we offer. Financing through Credit Union is made easy with affordable payment options, fixed interest rates, and more.

Skin Care Products

The physician-grade skincare product lines available at Brzowski Plastic Surgery in Ogden, Utah comprise an excellent array of treatments to maximize the look, feel and health of your skin. Our patients - both men and women - can undergo skincare treatments with the following product lines at our offices, and we also provide the products along with instructions for their use at home:

We also perform chemical peels and microdermabrasion for more extensive rejuvenation of the skin.
