Society Memberships

Dr. Dennis Hurwitz is a diplomat to the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the prestigious American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He is medical director of the University of Pittsburgh Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Center and has the largest active practice of cleft lip and cleft palate patients in the region. He has been president of several city, state, and regional plastic surgery organizations, including the Allegheny County Medical Society.
