Dr. Duda is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, but chooses to restrict her practice to plastic surgery.
Dr. Duda, born in Philadelphia, completed her Bachelor of Science at the Pennsylvania State University, and then received a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. Dr. Duda graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Florida. She completed her General Surgery training at Georgetown University Hospital and was selected for the Plastic Surgery residency program at Georgetown University. Upon completion of her residency training, Dr. Duda established her practice in McLean, Virginia in 1992.
Publications and Presentations
Dr. Duda was a key participant in the FDA hearings regarding silicone implant safety and appeared on the NBC "Today" show discussing the facts about silicone breast implants.
Hobbies and Interests
Dr. Duda has traveled to Peru and the Dominican Republic on missions to provide much needed plastic surgical services.
