Practice Philosophy

One of the most important factors in choosing a plastic surgeon is your personal comfort level with the doctor. You should feel comfortable asking questions about your cosmetic surgery procedure so that you can make an educated final decision regarding your surgery. In addition, you should feel at ease with the staff, as much of your communication will be with them. Get a feel for whether the surgeon is listening to what you want. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, no matter how trivial or how personal you think they’ll sound. It’s a good idea to write down your questions before hand, and to make a note of the surgeon’s answers as well.

Practice Specialization

Dr. Becker specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breasts, facial rejuvenation, and liposuction. He is both nationally and internationally recognized for his expertise in plastic surgery, having lectured all over the world on his surgical techniques and published more than 50 articles in medical literature. He has developed several medical patents, including the Becker Adjustable Breast Implant and the Becker Dissector Liposuction Cannula and a complete line of natural skin care products, always keeping the patient’s best interest in mind. 

Surgical Facility

We offer a state-of-the-art operating room, which has a Certificate of Accreditation from AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities). AAAASF is a program of inspection and accreditation of surgical facilities, with the goal of improving patient safety and quality care. An office that is accredited by the American Association for Ambulatory Surgery.

Skin Care Products

After extensive research Dr. Becker has developed what he considers the finest skin care products available for his patients. These products contain pure, active ingredients, without the multitude of chemicals added to make the product more marketable (e.g., fragrances, coloring agents, thickeners, emulsifiers). Formulated with natural active ingredients these products provide optimal results by imitating the natural processes taking place in young, healthy skin. Dramatic results are often seen following the first application and continue to improve with time.

Dr. Becker has written several articles on skin care as well as a book entitled “What Are You Putting On Your Skin?”.
