Mission Work and Volunteerism
Dr. Boynton is passionate about his involvement in mission work. He travels abroad to Latin America to perform cleft lip and palate surgery on mission trips.
- AGAPE in ACTION– Mission Trip to Perform Cleft Lip and Palate Repairs in the impoverished mountainous region of Santa Cruz del Quiche, Guatemala, May 2009

- At Home, he is active in a local program in Houston called the DTAG program which involves monthly participation in aiding gang and underprivileged youth undergo laser tattoo removals so they can transition back into society.
- Also at home, he is involved in the Project CARE program to provide volunteer reconstruction to wounded veterans when they come home.
