Practice Philosophy

Plastic surgery isnt about the procedures, its about you. Thats why my first priority is to listen...to uncover and understand your hopes and needs. As a result, I'm able to shape the procedure to fit your ideals. My goal is to bring technical skill, artistic sensibility and experience together for you-so that when you look in the mirror, you cant help but smile at the image you see. Plastic surgery can make all the difference--not only in how you look--but also in how you feel.

Practice Specialization

Dr. Romanelli specializes in:

Cosmetic Surgery: Facial procedures include: Facelift, Eyelid Lift, and Endoscopic Browlifts, as well as Rhinoplasty and Chin Implants

Also, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, including Power Assisted Liposuction, Fat Transfer.

We also perform Reconstruction of the Breast and Breast Reduction Surgery.

Surgical Facility

Our office-based Ambulatory Surgical Facility is an accredited facility, and we can provide all levels of anesthesia, including sedative and General Anesthesia. Board Certified Physician Anesthesiologists are used to provide those types of anesthesia. The facility itself is Accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities.

Overnight stays in the facility, attended by professional plastic surgery recovery nurses, are available. This is particularly comforting for patients undergoing facelift surgery.

Consultation

When you come for a consultation we will review your goals for improvement and perform an examination. We will make specific recommendations, customized to your situation, and will review with you all options.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to review "before and after" photos of patients who have consented to have their photographs shown. Our surgical facility and overnight recovery room are available for your inspection as well.

Payment Options

Cosmetic Surgery is payable in advance and may be paid by major credit cards. Financing options are available as well.

Computer imaging is performed in-office, particularly for the imaging of Nose and Chin

Skin Care Products

Our Aesthetician is New York State certified and offers full skin evaluations, facials, glycolic skin peels, and microdermabrasion. We offer the following skin care products: Jan Marini Skin Research, Sothys and SkinCeuticals.
