My goal is to accomplish your objectives with the most natural result possible. I encourage you to ask questions, be involved and become educated. Your situation and the emotions you bring to it are unique, and together we will address every one of your concerns. Practice Specialization

Jeffrey J. Ptak MD, has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery since 1985. He has extensive training and experience in cosmetic procedures involving the face, eyes, and body. His diverse reconstructive surgical experiences have enhanced his skills, and brought added dimension to his approach to the intricacies of aesthetic surgery. He is highly qualified to perform a full range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

Make-Up Consultation
Customized mineral makeup. Excellent coverage.

Micropeel
Three step exfoliate using physical or enzymatic technique, AHA and cryogenic therapy. Recommended pre and post CO2 laser.

Micropeel Plus
A uniquely formulated peel containing salicylic acid and the patented Microsponge technology. The Micropeel Plus aggressively outperforms other superficial chemical peels by freeing the skin of all dead cells and stimulating the skin renewal process.

Microdermabrasion
A highly controlled spray of fine crystals are used to remove the outer layer of skin and reveal the younger, tighter, radiant skin.

Oxygen Treatment
Antioxidant therapy to stimulate cell regeneration and to give the skin a healthy glow. This is an excellent treatment for tired skin due to environmental (toxins, pollutants, allergens, solar) damage and smoking, medications, aging. Excellent for acneic skin conditions.

A special blend of AHA's/BHA's to exfoliate and even out overall skin tone. The PCA peel is an enchanced Jessner's formula which combines exfoliating acids, bleachers and tyrosinase inhibitors. When combined, these components have a synergistic effect, which will desquamate the surface of the skin while simultaneously lightening it. By layering multiple applications during the acne treatment, varying superficial depths can be achieved according to the needs and goals of the patient.

Pumpkin Peel
Nutrient Rich (Vitamins B,C,E, & others) to exfoliate the skin and or to be used as a prep for a deep chemical peel.

Refinity Peel
A high performance Alpha Hydroxy Peel with Cosmederm-7, clinically proven anti-irritant that helps minimize discomfort while delivering medical-strength results. Aids your skin in exfoliation, removes dead skin cells, decreases pore size and evens-out skin tones.

Sensi Peel
A treatment appropriate for all skin types, conditions and sensitivities. It will effectively treat acne, pigment disorders, aging skin, smokers skin and photodamaged skin. This treatment is ideal for super sensitive skin types and patients that want gradual lightening and tightening.

Supra Peel
Appropriate for all skin types, conditions and sensitivities. It will effectively treat acne, pigment disorders, aging skin, smoker's skin and sun damaged skin. It targets patients that want gradual lightening but instant tightening.

Ultra Peel
Appropriate for all skin types, conditions and sensitivities. They are especially ideal for sensitive skin types, as they produce a minimal stinging senstation. It will effectively treat acne, pigment disorders, aging skin, smoker's skin and sun damaged skin. The Ultra peel was conceptualized to target the needs of the aging menopausal female. The skin is visibly plump and very hydrated following the exfoliating treatment. It is a very humectant treatment due to the natural hormone additive, chaste tee extract, the most potent source of plant progesterone. The kojic and azelaic acids contain antifungal, antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-acne properties, which will assist with adult middle age acne. Also kojic acid is a tyrosinase inhibitor, which helps with melanin pigment control. The ascorbic acid has lightening, anti-oxidant and collagen stimulating ability.

Vitamin C Treatment
Ultimate antioxidant treatment to stimulate the natural collagen production in the skin, extremely calming and soothing after CO2 laser.

Obagi Peel
Excellent for ethnic skin types to counteract hyperpigmentation, age spots, pregnancy mask, etc.

Post Facial Surgery Treatment
Customized treatment to aid in healing from chemical peel, CO2 laser, or other surgical procedures.

Vitamin A Peel
Vitamin A is known for its regenerating benefits and positive effects on acne. As a professional peeling treatment, Vitamin A will create a fairly potent exfoliation and regeneration of the skin.
