Practice Philosophy

Helping you to look your best has been the motto of this practice for the last 25 years. We take pride in the fact that over 60% of our patients are referred by other patients. We stress service for patients, individualizing a comprehensive treatment program matched to their needs and desires.

Practice Specialization

Cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, including short scar breast lifts, surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, body contouring including lower body lifts, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, injectable fillers, Botox, all aspects of hand and wrist surgery.

Surgical Facility

I operate primarily at two fully accredited outpatient surgical centers: Memorial Hermann Red Oak and TOPS specialty hospital. I also operate at Spring Creek Surgery Center and HNW Medical Center.

Consultation

We see patients Monday through Thursday from 9 am -5 pm. Most patients are seen in the afternoon of since Dr. Perlman is usually operating in the mornings.

Payment Options

We offer financing through two outside sources which have a very high acceptance rate with a very low interest rate. We are out of network with most insurance carriers; however, we do reimburse patients any fees that are collected from the carriers.

Computer Imaging

I have the state-of-the-art Portrait 3-D imaging system for breast and facial procedures. It allows the patient to see how their breasts would look with different size implants as well is how the breasts will change in shape over the first three postoperative months.

Skin Care Products

We carry a complete line of skin care products featuring our own specially formulated Skin Deep line, as well as Skinceuticals, Vivite and Bella Derma 10% Vit C.
