Honors and Awards

Voted one of Houston's "top docs" for the last nine years. Also voted as one of Houston's top three cosmetic breast surgeons, as voted by fellow physicians.

Dr. Perlman is the only plastic surgeon ever named as a US Olympic Team Physician. He served on the staff at the 1988 Summer Games in Seoul Korea. He has also been a consultant professional and amateur sports and is a member of the International Council of Motorsports Sciences and US Olympic Sports Medicine Society. He was secretary-general of the International Association of Olympic Medical Officers.
