Professional Background

Dr. Arthur earned his B.S. in General Science from Pennsylvania State University. He participated at Penn State in a five year cooperative Pre-Med/Med Program with Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, where he later earned his medical degree. He received his residency in plastic surgery at the Albert B. Chandler Medical Center, University of Kentucky.
