Dr. Casas has given over thirty presentations, nationally & internationally, on Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. She has published extensively.

She co-authored a book on Breast Surgery, and has written chapters in five different books on body surgery.

She is the principal investigator of a single surgeon/single center Breast Reduction Outcome Study. Its results were presented at the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (2000), American College of Surgeons (2000), and American Society of Plastic Surgons (1999) National Meetings.
