Constructed by Dr. Lewis Obi, the Samuel Wells Surgicenter was the first comprehensive plastic surgery facility to acquire AHCA licensure in the state of Florida. Surgical Facility

The vast majority of our procedures are performed at our facility. The Samuel Wells Surgicenter is a fully licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center (adjacent to Memorial Medical Center of Jacksonville). This licensure, the highest standard of patient care and safety for outpatient surgery, is reviewed and maintained annually by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Our caring and dedicated staff includes registered nurses with advanced cardiac life support certification, scrub technicians, medical assistants and administrative personnel. Since cosmetic surgery is a highly personal procedure, confidentiality is a top priority among all center personnel. Anesthesia is administered by M.D. Anesthesiologist. Take a tour of the facility.
