Practice Philosophy

For years, Dr. Loomis had an office on Park Avenue in Manhattan, as well as the office in Middletown, NY, performing surgery both in the city and in Orange County. We are pleased to say that he is currently so busy in the upstate area that he is providing his services full time in Orange County, seeing patients exclusively in the Middletown office. While a majority of the surgery Dr. Loomis performs is cosmetic, he also provides a broad range of reconstructive procedures for traumatic injuries, reconstruction following cancer surgery, and breast reduction surgery. He makes annual trips to Nicaragua and Honduras to provide Plastic Surgery free of charge to the poor.

Dr. Loomis strives to bring the latest technological advances and innovations to his patients, while making their safety his top priority. He performs a wide range of facial and body Plastic Surgery including endoscopic breast augmentations and endoscopic forehead lifts, face and neck lifts, fat-sparing eyelid surgery, minimal incision breast surgery as well as new liposuction and body contouring techniques, abdominoplasties and body lifts. He also provides a number of non-operative procedures in the office.
