Surgical Facility

The office of Dr. Mark H. Schwartz is a full-service, plastic and aesthetic surgery center. Surgical procedures are performed in our fully accredited, state-of-the-art, outpatient surgical facility that has received the highest certification by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). The AAAASF is a national agency with the primary mission of ensuring the highest quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. Offices with this certification maintain rigorous standards for equipment, operating room safety, and personnel credentials.

At the office of Dr. Mark H. Schwartz, your safety and peace of mind is a priority. Anesthesia for surgery is administered only by Board Certified anesthesiologists with expertise in plastic surgery anesthesia. After your surgery, a private nurse will care for you in our comfortable recovery room until you are ready to go home. If you are an out-of-town patient, arrangements can be made to stay at a nearby hotel accompanied by a nurse.

Dr. Mark H. Schwartz’s accredited Surgical Center duplicates the safety of a hospital in the setting of a private office to assure that there are no impersonal hospital experiences. All of the same hospital services and equipment are available, with our friendly staff, and clean and sterile operating rooms, in a state-of-the-art facility that feels more like a home.

Every effort is made to ensure that all of our patients are comfortable with their decision for surgery and is pleased with the results. Having the option to work in this setting allows us to cater to our patients undergoing aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
