Dr. Nikolov is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.

Professional Background

Dr. Nikolov is double board certified in General Surgery and in Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He performed his residency in general surgery at the University of Virginia and in plastic surgery at the prestigious Duke University. He was a hand surgery fellow at the Christine Kleinert Hand Institute and a craniofacial visiting fellow at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan.
