Dr. Howrigan specializes in cosmetic surgery include breast augmentation and reduction, facial cosmetic procedures such as facelifts, eyelids (blepharoplasty), browlifts and nose reshaping (rhinoplasty). She is also a preeminent, Wellesley-based expert in body contouring procedures including liposuction, tummytucks (abdominoplasty), arm lift, and male chest reduction (gynecomastia).

Consultation

At your consultation with Dr. Howrigan, you will discuss your concerns and expectations. She will evaluate and make recommendations that are individualized to achieve natural looking results. She and her staff will explain the procedure and the recovery. At all times, Dr. Peggy Howrigan strives to make your experience safe and comfortable.

Payment Options

Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance plans. The cost consists of the surgeon’s fee, facility fee and anesthesia. As is customary, our office requires payment for a surgical procedure two weeks in advance. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
