The single most important factor in the success of your plastic surgery is the surgeon you select. Dr. Philip A. Falcone has an outstanding reputation as a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon due to his vast surgical experience, impeccable training and the quality patient care he delivers. The majority of Dr. Falcone's practice is cosmetic surgery and breast surgery. His areas of expertise include facial rejuvenation (face and neck lift, nose and eyelid surgery), breast surgery (augmentation, lift, reduction and reconstruction), and body contouring (liposuction and abdominoplasty).

Dr. Falcone has completed advanced fellowship training in all aspects of cosmetic surgery and breast reconstruction. Dr. Falcone and his staff believe each individual considering plastic surgery, whether cosmetic or reconstructive, deserves to be treated with respect and compassion in an environment where the "person" matters more than the "procedure". Their goal is to always exceed your expectations and provide every patient with safe, high quality and individualized plastic surgery care.

Dr. Philip A. Falcone is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the largest group of board certified plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Falcone is also a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), a prestigious group of board certified plastic surgeons specializing in cosmetic surgery. As a member of ASAPS, Dr. Falcone maintains an ongoing dedication to excellence in cosmetic surgery, and devotes the majority of his practice to aesthetic surgery. He has received the ASAPS Certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery signifying a commitment to advanced training in cosmetic surgery.

He is affiliated with Saint Joseph's Hospital, Crouse Hospital as well SUNY Upstate Medical Center, where he is a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery.

From 690 East or West, exit at Teall Avenue, south off exit onto Teall Avenue/Columbus Avenue, proceed past Erie Boulevard to East Genesee Street, turn left and travel approximately three blocks, turn right on Allen Street. Parking available in rear of 2118 East Genesee Street.

From Route 81 North or South take exit 28 Taft Road, proceed west on West Taft Road for approximately 1.7 miles and North Medical Center will be on your left at the corner of Buckley Road and 5100 West Taft Road.

Outpatient Surgery Center Locations

Dr. Falcone’s outpatient surgery procedures are performed at one of two specialized centers for outpatient surgery. Each center is fully accredited with a complete range of anesthesia services and highly trained staff capable of achieving the safest and most comfortable cosmetic or reconstructive surgery experience for our patients.
